Our intention at Humboldt is to serve inspired, fresh, approachable, and honest food. We want to provoke your senses and take them from classic, nostalgic flavors to new, inspired dishes with a nod towards the American classics. With the kitchen led by Executive Chef DJ Nagle and Chef de Cuisine Kollin Gately, this is modern American cooking at its best. Using mostly local ingredients, our produce, farm and fish are prepared on site every day, and paired with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves.
